ok, i need advice!! i need you to help me here...

i have sold a book on ebay to a student out West. I just discovered that panther took it with her and is selling it with her stuff on ebay.

so do i just refund the student her money? or do i email panther and demand it back?

please, i need some responses soon...i hate to keep the buyer waiting, she seemed in a hurry to get it.
